BATAL YOUMZAIN (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.3 lengths from the winner in third over 2000m at Longchamp. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. ACACUS (4) got the prize two runs ago at Chantilly All Weather. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 2150m at Longchamp, beaten 6 lengths. Has the ability to produce another win. MERANO (3) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 1600m at Saint-Cloud. Going well and he is not to be discounted.
