SHINING PEARL (10) is a maiden with three minor placings to her name. Could not improve on that record when resuming last start, winding up in fifth over 1400m at Great Yarmouth. Placed at her only other second up appearance. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. Will give a great sight. BRECON BEACONS (5) produced a fair effort on debut last time out when 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth at Kempton Park All Weather over 1400m. Expected to do much better. NOCHE CLASICA (8) missed the placings on debut two starts back then ran a better race and finished 5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1400m at Doncaster. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards.
