Yet to find winning form this prep but has been thereabouts with two placings from three starts. Best form puts him right in this. VICTORY SALUTE (6) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1200m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. REGALIEN (1) didn't do a bad job when third last start over 1100m at La Teste De Buch, beaten 2 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. BACCHILIDE (3) was beaten 5 lengths into tenth in a 1200m contest at this track at his latest appearance. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
