THE GOOD BISCUIT (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when sixth in a 1200m contest at Pontefract a week-and-a-half ago. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. NOVAK (1) was comfortably accounted for when sixth last time out over 1400m at Wolverhampton, beaten 4.5 lengths. That followed a win at Wolverhampton at the previous outing. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to bounce back. OPAL STORM (7) raced below her best last time when sixth over 1000m at Thirsk, beaten 5 lengths. Well placed and should be thereabouts.
