RUM NIGHT (10) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 2200m at Waverley. Going well enough to take this out. CHEVAL BOUTIQUE (11) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Te Rapa, finishing fourth and only 0.9 lengths from the winner at the end of 2400m. Has the talent to take care of this field. LEMAITRE (1) bounced back last start and scored by a head over 1650m at Waverley. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
