Sparingly raced and has more to offer. W M Lordan was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Nicely placed to double the win tally. DEVIL'S ADVOCATE (4) is fitter for two runs back from a spell, progressing nicely last time to finish fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths, in the G2 Dante Stakes at York over 2100m. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Capable of testing this field. CARMERS (3) scored last start in stakes class at Navan to make it two wins from two starts this campaign. Takes on tougher opposition this time but cannot be underestimated.
