A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. SLINGSHOT (2) finished sixth last start over 1609m at Newcastle, beaten 5 metres, after a modest sixth at Newcastle the run prior. Has the benefit of a good draw. Taking on a better field but he is up to the task. FIFTYSHADES CRESCO (8) must be considered after she finished third over 1609m at Newcastle a week-and-a-half ago. MEGS MONARO (7) is in the mix following a fifth at his most recent appearance over 1609m at this track.
