STONEBRIDGE STAR (1) is in good form with top-five finishes at his last four starts, most recently recording a third over 2190m at this track. Has the benefit of a good draw. Won't find this any harder and he can get the job done. BEARTASTIC WRITER (3) is worth another chance after a last-start eighth over 2190m at this track a week ago. LORD VERDE (4) is worth some thought based on his victory over 1790m at this track two runs ago.
