Big chance based on those recent efforts. GABBYS SPORTSTAR (6) was out of the money two runs back at Dubbo then was at his best last start to score by 4.5 metres over 1660m at Parkes. Stepping up a level this time but he is capable of another big performance. JAMBEROO ARK (9) is worth another chance after a last-start eighth over 1720m at Dubbo a week-and-a-half ago. THE HANDSOME ONE (5) was in the money two starts ago then things went amiss last start when he broke and finished a distant last over 1660m at Parkes. Must get things right but if he does a big run is on the cards.
