KIWI SPIRIT (14) scored two runs back then was well supported last time but could only manage to finish fifth over 1100m at Ipswich. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. POSEIDON RULER (2) ran below expectations last time out when ninth over 1650m at Doomben. Major player on best form. LIMERO (5) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just two wins from 20 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1200m at Gold Coast, beaten a neck. Likely contender with strong prospects. FIGHTING IDOL (1) has been in the money at his last couple of runs, the latest when second over 1200m at this track. Settles back early but winds up late. Can feature in the finish.
