OCEAN BLAST (7) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1400m at Oakbank, beaten 5 lengths. That followed a win at Oakbank at the previous outing. Nicely placed to take this out. BYWATERS ROAD (8) was in the firing line on the corner and finished third last time over 1400m at Oakbank, beaten 4 lengths. Ready to go a couple better. FIAMETTE (12) returns from a layoff of ten weeks. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1400m at Murray Bridge. Among the better hopes.
