SNAPPY JIM (1) was given time to settle from an outside draw when resuming last time then wound up strongly in the straight for an eye-catching second over 1007m at this track. Should go well again. COMMANDORO (8) settled well back last start and never threatened when 6 lengths from the winner in tenth over 1200m at Wagga. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. HELL OF A FOX (9) recorded a strong maiden win over 1200m at Wagga last time, getting there by 1.1 lengths. Has a wide gate to overcome but she is one of the main chances. JACOB JOE (10) opened this prep with a win then couldn't follow that up last time out when third over 1007m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Expect a better run this time.
