MEAN APPROACH (3) produced a good run two starts back to finish third but was below par last time when out of the placings at Eagle Farm over the same trip after he had settled well back. Finds a suitable assignment and can find winning form. EARLY FUSION (2) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with 1.3 lengths to spare over 1100m at this track. Will be hard to run down again. ADALIE (6) was safely held when second last time out over 1200m at Dalby, beaten 4.5 lengths, after a win at Toowoomba at the previous outing. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
