HE'S POPLAR (1) is building towards his maiden success, the latest effort a solid second over 1205m at Grafton, beaten 2.5 lengths. Has the ability to take care of this field. DUKE OF LANCASTER (5) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing third last time over 1500m at this track. Well placed and will be thereabouts again.
