HEADSMART (2) did little and finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1550m at Bordertown last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Penola the run before. Likely improver with strong prospects. RUN AND TELL (6) finished 14 lengths back in 11th on turf two back at Naracoorte. Missed the frame again last time out on turf at Oakbank over 1400m three weeks ago. Nicely placed and worth following up back on dirt. HARBOURING (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1550m at Bordertown, beaten 5 lengths into tenth. No surprise to see him in the mix.
