Fitter and sure to run well. DATE WITHTHE DEVIL (5) finished second when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Pinjarra. Has the right profile. I'M NIPOTE (1) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished fourth when fresh from a spell two starts back at this track then improved and scored over 1400m at Ascot two weeks ago, getting home by a head after being prominent at the bend. No reason he cannot salute again. STARWALKER (4) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fourth over 1600m at Pinjarra. Solid top-three hope.
