QUEEN'S RHAPSODY (2) accounted for a maiden field over 1100m at Hawkesbury last start when fresh from a break. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. MAGIC SHADOW (16) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 1300m at Goulburn. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Likely improver with strong prospects. TRUE AMOR (5) returned from a spell a month ago when he was in the firing line on the corner before being beaten 1.2 lengths into fourth over 1300m at Warwick Farm. Will enjoy a drop in class so he will prove hard to beat. PANTA RHEI (9) showed good speed and fought on for third over 1100m at Scone last time. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but must be respected.
