ROCKBARTON ANGEL (8) started at $2.90 last time on the back of a win at this track two starts ago but was below her best, finishing sixth over 1700m at Scone. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is good enough to play a major role. GENERAL SOHO (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1870m at this track after being prominent at the turn. Worth noting Aaron Bullock goes aboard. Nicely placed to take this out. BINKOU (3) failed to run a strong 2100m last start after a close third over 2000m at Hawkesbury the run prior. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so can do much better. KONING (7) has not won for a long while. Last raced on April 3 when beaten 5 lengths into seventh at Wyong over 2100m after racing in the leading division. Likely improver who should be about the mark.
