ALBERTVILLE (5) came from well back on the corner to score last time out over 1200m at Mornington. Has a formidable combination with Jamie Melham who has been aboard for his last two wins. Leading contender. SOLAR BLAST (11) returned from a spell two weeks ago when he was beaten 3 lengths into fifth over 1050m at Oakbank. Steps up a level but he is fitter and good enough to feature. HYPERNOVA (12) is back after a break of six months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1000m at Murray Bridge. Comes here with definite top-three claims. SANTASTICO (2) was last at the races when he finished 12th over 1200m at this track on November 23. Sure to make his presence felt.
