BLUE HAWAIIAN (7) is a maiden galloper who resumes after finishing in the money over 1200m at Pakenham five months ago. Winner of a recent trial. Likely to be in the finish. WINTER HAIL (15) was well in the market on debut last time out and ran well but found one better over 1100m at Seymour. Open to improvement and looks a serious contender. EVERAIN (1) has not raced since his debut on November 14 over 1400m at Ballarat when he finished fourth, beaten 1.75 lengths. Expected to be right there at the business end. PARTY BENEFITS (10) was prominent at the bend and finished second last start over 1000m at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Should be peaking. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
