OLIVE BAGUETTE (5) resumed from a spell last start with a sound second over 1000m at Seymour when he did his best work late. Likely improver with strong prospects. CAPTAIN CAT (3) resumes from a spell of six-and-a-half months. Has filled a minor placing at both first-up runs. Opened last prep with a second over 1423m at Sale. Expected to run well. CONFINE (9) is back after a break of five months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1100m at Traralgon. Worth plenty of thought.
