SHAMOUTI (9) is yet to break through after three career starts. Could only manage to finish seventh last time out over 1240m at this track following a minor placing at Sunshine Coast when fresh from a spell the run prior. Terrific chance to break through. VICTOIRE D'AMOUR (14) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 4 lengths into ninth over 1240m at this track last time out. Expected to be in this for a long way. INTRUDER (2) did a good job last start to finish second at Sunshine Coast over 1400m, beaten 1.3 lengths. Big chance to score. LILY'S DASH (8) will find this a little easier after missing the frame in town last time, finishing sixth over 1200m at Doomben. Can do much better.
