MAZITA (15) was below his best last time when 12th over 1400m at Wellington, beaten 6 lengths. Nicely placed to turn things around. AUREATE (8) started at $10 last time and ran below expectations, finishing 11th and beaten 4 lengths at Glen Innes over 1200m. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. BILL PEYTO (12) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just six times from 80 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 1600m at Quirindi, beaten 1.75 lengths. Likely contender with strong prospects. ZAYNUDIN (4) finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1710m at Ipswich when he worked home well, beaten a head. Fitter for that run. In the right race and is sure to be prominent.
