HASTA LA CHILLY (4) has been hard to follow, last time out finishing eighth over 1414m at Mt Gambier. Has ability and can bounce back. ERMINIA (8) was below her best last time, finishing eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 1400m at Warrnambool after being in the firing line on the turn. Faces an easier assignment so she is set to turn things around. FRENCH SAVOY (6) was too good for a maiden field last start over 1400m at this track, scoring by a neck. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Alana Kelly who was on board last start. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again. BANCOORA (3) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Warracknabeal but raced below expectations last time over 1300m at Warrnambool, finishing eighth and beaten 4.5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
