JAGUAR STONE (1) hasn't won recently but looks close to a breakthrough based on her last start second at this track over 1600m when beaten half a length. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Winning claims on best figures. ROMARY (2) is a last-start winner over 1420m at Launceston, showing good early speed on the occasion and leading throughout to score by a nose. Among the chances again.
