TANGOETTE (7) returns from a spell of four-and-a-half months and is having her first run for a new yard. Finished fourth at Yarra Valley over 1000m when first-up last time in work. Will be forward for this after a recent trial win at Horsham. Makes plenty of appeal in the new surrounds. FLUX (3) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when second at Horsham over 1200m, beaten 0.8 lengths. Should be at his peak now. Tackling tougher opposition but he should run well. BOLOGNA BABY (6) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 14 lengths away in tenth over 1200m at Ballarat Synthetic. Nicely placed to take this out. BRILLIANT EIGHT (1) finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out over 1100m at Kerang on April 19. Will find this a little tougher but cannot be underestimated.
