Not seen at the trials but looks well placed. Should prove tough to beat. LADY SHOTGUN (3) disappointed last start when out of the placings over 1100m at Gold Coast, beaten 6 lengths. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. THE HANGER CAT (5) is a distance specialist who missed the placings when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1100m at Wellington, beaten only 0.7 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so he is all set to build on that latest effort. AT WITZ END (1) has missed the frame at his last couple of outings, the latest when 3 lengths back in sixth at Doomben. Don't underestimate in this much easier assignment.
