PRESSNELL (2) started at $2.25 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 4 lengths at Wellington over 1100m. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves another chance. MAGIC FOREST (5) was only a neck from the winner in second last time out in a small field over 1000m at Canberra at the first run of the campaign on a soft track. Will be fitter for that run, expect a strong run. MYTHICAL MOOCHI (7) settled towards the tail when resuming last start then wound up strongly to score by a nose over 1100m at Inverell. Will be tough to stop again. WASTED DAYS (17) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1300m at Parkes after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a nice race and can keep improving.
