HOTFOOT PERFORMER (10) closed off strongly last start to get up for third, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 1400m at this track. Is a winner at this circuit. Among the leading chances. BOOGA RAY (15) started at $4.20 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 3 lengths at Ipswich over 1200m. Has the ability to take care of this field. MAGIC IN ME (2) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1000m at Goondiwindi but wasn't all that far from the winner. Sure to measure up. WORTHY ESSGEE (13) was beaten 2.75 lengths into sixth over 1000m at Gold Coast last time out. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
