REDADEL (6) took advantage of the good draw last time and led for much of the way before being swamped in the run home, finishing ninth and beaten 5 lengths over 1600m at Pakenham. Expected to be in this for a long way. LYKOS (11) was on debut last time out and did her best work late to finish fourth, beaten 1.4 lengths over 1000m at Tuncurry. Suited by the longer trip and is worth including. RAINBOW LASS (14) turned in a strong run last time when she settled well back before running on hard to be beaten only a head into second over 1000m at Ballina. Tough to stop again.
