IMMEDIACY (3) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished sixth when fresh from a spell two starts back at Flemington then improved and scored as public elect over 2000m at Mornington two weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the corner. No reason he cannot salute again. ZIRYAB (10) built on a nice third two starts back at Moonee Valley with a win as favourite over 2150m at Terang three weeks ago, getting home by one length. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he can win again. ARAMCO (11) has been mixing his form recently including last time out when he was well held over 1600m in the LR Golden Mile at Bendigo. Nice class drop this time. Should measure up in this field. SHAIYHAR (4) was safely held and never threatened last time when tenth in the G1 Australian Cup at Flemington but gets some weight relief today. Yet to win this track and distance but has recorded three minor placings from four attempts. Deserves respect on best figures.
