RISK ASSESSMENT (10) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1270m at Taree after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. MONTE TIANA (6) returns from a layoff of 11 weeks. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1205m at Coffs Harbour. Looks a strong top-three prospect. COSMIC FORTUNE (7) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish second, beaten 1.4 lengths, over 1000m at Ballina. Should feature in the finish again.
