This is a nice drop in grade so he is likely to play a big role. ANA CAROLINA (5) finished third two runs back at Queanbeyan then improved last time out to score by 2 lengths over 1750m at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. REGION TIME (10) lifted strongly only to just miss as favourite last start over 2000m at Canberra. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing. EXCEEDINGLY HOT (1) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 4 lengths back in fourth over 1600m at Albury. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
