VIBURNUM (6) showed good early speed then led into the straight when fresh from a spell last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 1100m at Mt Isa. Well-placed and will take catching. AMNESTY (5) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by one length over 1000m at Townsville last time out. Likely to measure up again. VALENKI (3) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a spell last start over 950m at this track. Will take a lot from that hitout. Ready to go one better. PRINCIPESSA (1) last appeared when she finished seventh over 1400m at Townsville on October 13. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
