BARRELLING (1) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish fourth at his latest appearance over 1300m at Ararat after he was well back on straightening. This offers him a great chance of breaking through. DANIEL BOONE (13) did little and finished 6 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1590m at Wangaratta last start after being prominent at the bend, a less impressive effort than his sixth on debut at Pakenham the run before. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. MISS MAVERICK (10) improved last start when second up from a break, finishing 1.5 lengths adrift in fourth over 1314m at Mt Gambier. Ready to hit top form.
