RUBEN RHODE (8) chased the lead early from the inside and boxed on well to finish second, beaten a neck (25.52) at this track in a Restricted WIN over 450m. Expected to feature. TIME TO PROPHET (6) was an all the way winner two back but last start drifted back and wound up strongly to finish a 5 length second at Geelong (26.16). Consistent performer from this draw with a win and two minor placings to his credit. Will give a great sight again. RAPIDFIRE JAYDA (2) can finish much closer after missing a cheque at this track last start.
