This doesn't look as hard so he is a major player. SAIL THE SKY (4) finished sixth two runs back at Turffontein Standside then improved last time out to score by 1.3 lengths as public elect over 1400m at Turffontein Standside. Tackling a more suitable race so he is one of the main contenders. CALL ME MASTER (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when fourth in a 1600m contest at Vaal three-and-a-half weeks ago. Gavin Lerena gets the best out of this eight-year-old gelding. This doesn't look as hard so he is likely to play a big role. CALIDA (2) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on 24/12/2024, finishing eighth and over 1450m at Vaal. Among the better hopes.
