Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. LA NARRADORA (5) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished third, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 1000m at Werribee. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. MAGIC DRUM (3) fought on well for third last start over 1200m at Donald, making it two minor placings in a row. Has a win and three minor placings at this journey from six starts and has to be included. ALPINOVA (7) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 1000m at Casterton. Warrants plenty of respect.
