Our best bet for Thursday’s AFL clash between Adelaide and Collingwood is the Under 163.5 Total Points / Berry 20+ Disposals / Maynard 15+ Disposals / Anderson 1+ Goals Same Game Multi at $6.50, with 13 of their last 16 meetings failing to cover the total points line and the average since 2021 sitting at just 148.4 points.

The Crows and Magpies are two of the form teams in the competition at the moment. Can Collingwood win their sixth in a row, or will Adelaide be too strong at home?

Adelaide Crows vs Collingwood Magpies

Both Adelaide and Collingwood have been in strong form since the bye, with the Crows winning six of their last seven while the Magpies look to win their sixth straight game when they head to Adelaide Oval.

These two teams have played in some classics over the last few years, and more often than not it’s been the Magpies that have come out on top. What should we expect when they face off in Thursday night football?

Leg 1 – Under 163.5 Total Points

These two teams have played in a whole heap of close encounters in recent times, but the even stronger trend is the total points going under.

From 2015, in their last 16 meetings, 13 have failed to cover the total points line, and the recent form is even stronger. From their last 11 matchups, ten have gone under the total points including the last seven.

Although it’s a low line, the average total points between Adelaide and Collingwood has been 148.4 since 2021. Expect something similar again.

Leg 2 – Sam Berry 20+ Disposals

It’s been a big year for Sam Berry, averaging 22.6 disposals per game as an inside mid for the Crows.

Berry has hit 20+ disposals in 77% of his games this season, including nine of his last 11 games.

At Adelaide Oval, Berry sees a slight increase in output with 23.2 disposals per game, hitting 20+ in 90% of those games.

Leg 3 – Brayden Maynard 15+ Disposals

Brayden Maynard has consistently recorded 15+ disposals this season for the Magpies.

From his 16 games this season, Maynard has hit 15+ disposals in 13, but he only played 27% game time against the Demons due to injury where he finished with eight disposals.

Maynard has always played well against the Crows, hitting 15+ disposals in his last 13 games against Adelaide.

Leg 4 – Angus Anderson 1+ Goals

Pretty much a full-time forward now for the Magpies, and Angus Anderson has a knack of hitting the scoreboard.

Anderson has kicked 12 goals from 11 games in his first year of football, and is going at a strike rate of 89% as an anytime goal scorer, doing so in nine of those 11 games.

A good price considering the strong conversion rate for the first-year player.

Same Game Multi
