We have a NFC West divisional matchup to sink our teeth into this Friday morning and it’s a big one. Both sides are 3-1 so a win would give them a big leg up in the race for the NFC West title. Here’s a preview and same game multi tips.

The 49ers undefeated start to the season ended last week with a close 26-21 loss at home against the Jags and injuries are a massive factor. For this clash, they’ll be without starting QB Brock Purdy, WRs Jennings and Pearsall. Then you still have Kittle and Aiyuk on the sidelines. They will take a 3-1 record considering. So Mac Jones will get the start and has been decent. He tossed 3 TDs in their win over the Saints a few weeks ago.

The Rams are 2-0 at home this season and come off a nice 7 pt win over the 3-0 Colts last week. So they rebounded nicely after a heartbreaking loss against the Eagles. WR Puka Nacua has been an absolute beast in his first 4 games, totalling 503 receiving yards and he picked up 170 yards / 1 TD just last week. So I think the Rams offence will be hard to stop on their home turf.

Taking into account all the injuries for the 49ers and playing on a short week, it’s hard to see an upset. So this is a safe line bet to start this multi off. LA have covered in 5 of their last 6 home games and also have an 8-2 record against the NFC West division.

Davante Adams is going for 4 straight games with a TD catch. With a lot of defensive attention on Nacua, Adams is getting under the radar. He’s had 8 or more targets in 3 of his 4 games as a Ram and Stafford should be looking his way on Friday.

McCaffrey is yet to find the endzone on the ground this season but has 2 receiving TDs. One of those TDs was back in Week 2 when Mac Jones was the 49ers QB. He’s back under centre this Friday and he’ll likely be leaning on McCaffrey throughout the game. It’s fair to say McCaffrey is due for a rushing TD and the volume is there. He’s had 17 carries in both of his last 2 games.
