Former Cowboy Micah Parsons returns to face his former team as the Packers head to Arlington for a NFC battle with the Cowboys. Who will come out on top? Here’s what I’m predicting for Monday’s primetime matchup.

Green Bay Packers (2-1) at Dallas Cowboys (1-2)

The Packers would like to forget last week as they lost a shocker against the previously winless Browns. Up 10-0 with about 4 minutes to play, the Browns rallied to score the last 13 pts of the game and cap a huge comeback. After back to back wins on their home turf against NFC contenders (Lions and Commanders), the Pack will be looking to get back on track with a much-needed win for their hopes of taking out the NFC North.

At 1-2, the Cowboys have been at their inconsistent best. They beat the Giants 40-37 in a Week 2 Overtime thriller, but lost to the Bears badly 31-14, in Chicago last week. Top WR CeeDee Lamb is likely out with an ankle injury and Dak struggled without him against the Bears, throwing 2 picks. So their offence will need to stand up against the Pack and former teammate Micah Parsons.

Leg #1 – Over 45.5 pts

A high scoring affair looks on the cards. The Cowboys last home game was a 40-37 result – 77 total pts. While Green Bay are coming off a low scoring one, that was outside in the unpredictable Cleveland weather. So I think they’ll have a better time under the Dallas roof. The Over has an impressive record when these two sides meet as well. It’s 7-0 when the Packers play in Dallas. The Over is also a perfect 5-0 when these two sides play anywhere. They last played here in January 2024 (playoff game) and it went 48-32 to the Packers.

Leg #2 – Javonte Williams 50+ Rushing Yards

Javonte has already beaten 50+ rushing yards in all 3 games this season and the trend is hard to back against. He comes off 76 yards on just 10 carries last week and has gone over 50+ against the Giants at home and Eagles on the road. Last week, the Packers run D struggled, allowing 94 rushing yards to Quinshon Judkins. So the matchup should be a good one for Williams.

Leg #3 – George Pickens 60+ Receiving Yards

With Lamb out of the lineup, Pickens should be the next man up. Against the Bears, he had 5 catches and 68 yards with a TD catch. He also had the same statline against the Giants at home in Week 2. In both games, he had 9 targets as well. He should be Dak’s favourite target on Monday morning.

Same Game Multi

Over 45.5 pts / Javonte Williams 50+ Rushing Yards / George Pickens 60+ Receiving Yards = $4.50

Value Leg – George Pickens Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Getting on the Pickens train should be a good bet. He’s caught a TD catch in back to back games and as mentioned, Dallas’s number 1 receiver is out with injury. Lock and load.
