Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes, or transferrable to another game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Promotion entry<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>The promotion period starts at the time and date specified in clause 3, and ends at the time and date specified in clause 4 of these terms and conditions (<strong>Promotion Period).<\/strong> Entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.<\/li>\n<li>To enter the promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotion Period:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(a) follow betr on Instagram (www.instagram.com\/betr_au);<br \/>\n(b)\u00a0&#8220;like&#8221; the competition post; and<br \/>\n(c) tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple entries per person are permitted.<\/li>\n<li>The Promoter reserves the right to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(a) verify the validity of entries and entrants;<br \/>\n(b) disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; and<br \/>\n(c) disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which infringes a third party\u2019s intellectual property rights, or (in the Promoter\u2019s opinion) contains objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity or potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Random draw of winning entrants<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The winners will be selected by a random draw that will take place at betr on Tuesday, 13 May 2025. To allocate a winner, a random number will be generated and that will coincide with the number entrant when all entries are ordered by recent comments under the competition post on Instagram. For example, if the random number is 47, the 47th most recent comment will be the winner. All entries will have an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to be present for the draw.<\/li>\n<li>Winners will be notified via email within one (1) business day of the draw.<\/li>\n<li>A prize will be emailed to the winner within one (1) business day after the winner notifies the Promoter in writing that it wishes to accept the prize, subject to section 17.<\/li>\n<li>Subject to the unclaimed prize draw described in section 18, if for any reason the winner does not accept the prize within two (2) days of receiving notice from the Promoter that it is eligible to claim the prize, then that prize will be forfeited by the winner.<\/li>\n<li>Subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, if a prize has not been accepted by the time stipulated by the Promoter, all non-winning entries from the original draw will be entered into a second chance draw which will take place no later than one (1) business day following the lapse of the relevant deadline. The second chance draw will take place at the same place as the original draw.
