SANDOWN RACE 2 – 13:35 AEDT

Blazerro has had just the four career starts, all on rain affected tracks. He’s performed extremely well in all of these runs, finishing within a length twice & also scoring a dominant 2.5L all-the-way victory at Cranbourne two starts ago. He resumed last start at Pakenham, but was unable to reel in the leader Sixbysixtythree, who proved too strong. Should strip fitter here and prove tough to beat.

SANDOWN RACE 4 – 14:45 AEDT

Kwoi Hoi started his career in Singapore, having three runs, finishing out of the placings in each of them. He then made the move to Australia and was sound on debut, finishing fourth. He continued to improve and finally scored a dominant 4L win in his third Australian start, when he moved up to 1800m for the first time. He endured a wide run throughout last start on a Heavy track, so I’m willing to forgive that run. Steps up to 2100m here and could go to a new level.
