    Raid The Bar looks ready to win now after three solid starts to his career so far. In his debut he struggled after being hampered at the start, but quickly rebounded in his following start to finish just under 3 lengths away. Last start put in another solid effort at big odds to finish 2L away. Looks like one who will appreciate the step up in distance here and should be fit now.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Slipintothis has had a great prep so far, scoring two wins and two second places from six runs. He\u2019s gotten better as he\u2019s stepped up in distance, rising through the grades impressively. Last start raced on speed & a touch wide throughout but still managed to hold on for a narrow second. Has been given a freshen since and looks a great chance here.<\/span><\/p>\n

      CANTERBURY RACE 4 \u2013 14:40 AEST<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

        Turnstyle was good first up, finishing just half-a-length away after missing the start slightly before being pushed to fourth along the rails. Was then blocked for a run on straightening and should have finished closer. Followed that up with a dominant all the way win on a Heavy Warwick Farm track in this grade. Last start failed and was vetted post race with no abnormalities, but jockey said possibly flat after previous run. Expecting a bounce back performance here.<\/span><\/p>\n

        SALE RACE 7 \u2013 15:25 AEST<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

        1. CHEPTEGAI (<\/b>$9<\/b><\/a>)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Omen bet Facemask looks hard to beat here but looks short enough, so there should be some value elsewhere. Cheptegai gets his chance here after a solid run last start at this track, finishing a neck away after being blocked upon straightening. Run prior was a total forgive run after over-racing in a speed battle throughout. Looks to get a good run on speed here in a slowly run race and should be there at the end.<\/span><\/p>\n
