    Has really impressed with his two starts this prep, sitting toward the rear of the field in both races and making strong runs to the line in both. He won the first race by half a length but was run down last start. Third up today, he should be primed to put in a big performance.\u00a0 Looks to be a bit of speed engaged here, so that should suit him also.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    SANDOWN RACE 4 \u2013 16:40 AEDT<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. CLEMENTINA (<\/b>$3.00<\/b><\/a>)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Has been solid in all four of her runs so far this prep, particularly in her last two. Two starts back, she sat last at Flemington over 2000m and charged to the line, just missing. Last start, was unsuited by the slow tempo, sitting toward the rear of the field and again putting in a good run to the line. If the track plays fairly here, she\u2019ll be very hard to beat.<\/span><\/p>\n

      SANDOWN RACE 5 \u2013 17:15 AEDT<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

        Anchorman has been knocking on the door for a win this prep, finishing in the placings in his past five runs. Looked like he really enjoyed the step up to 1800m last start, he tracked 4 wide prior to the 400m to hit the lead before putting in a brave effort in the straight to be narrowly beaten. Rock hard fit here and looks to get a decent run in transit.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Had two ordinary starts to begin his career but really exploded last prep, winning three on the trot and eventually finding Group 3 level at Newcastle, where he went down by under a length. Resuming here today, I\u2019m willing to risk at the price, as I believe he can take the next step this prep. Draws wide here but should be able to cross easily into a good position.<\/span><\/p>\n
