MUMBLES ($3.00)

Favourite is the offspring of Black Caviar and despite showing talent in his last prep, is only coming out of maiden class and coming off a long spell there are some question marks. There is likely some value in the other runners and I’m going with Mumbles, who is also resuming. Last prep raced in some decent races at Flemington and performed admirably. Should appreciate this grade.

LIVING THE DREAM ($2.50)

Has been racing in top form this prep, scoring an impressive win two runs back at Ballarat against Mark The Horse who has raced well since. In his other two runs this prep he finished 2nd. The main danger Port Royal scored an impressive win in maiden class last start but will also have to carry 60kg and may be better over further.

PIPING ROLLER ($2.70)

Chad Lever takes the ride for this Mitch Newman trained Filly who is looking to make it back-to-back wins. Came up against two wet tracks to begin her career and was heavily unfancied in her first start. Last start back to a Good track scored an impressive 4 length victory at Canberra. Slightly harder here but looks a great chance to score again

BENDIGO – RACE 6 1600m 15:45 AEDT
