Was brilliant first up, scoring by 2.5L over Bondi Blue in dominant fashion, however failed to find last start when a short price in the Listed Brian Crowley Stakes. Raced keenly that day and was likely a little flat second up. Waterhouse & Bott have backed him up this week and I\u2019m confident he can bounce back and score another victory here.<\/p>\n FLIT ($2.40<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n It was grim viewing for Flit backers last start with the talented Godolphin runner bottled up on the rail for the entire straight before finally getting out late to score by the narrowest of margins. There was a lot of merit in that run, she was unsuited by the slow tempo and was luckless during the straight. Up to 2000m for the first time but confident she will take it all in her stride.<\/p>\n PIERATA ($2.80<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n Pierata is fourth up here after putting together an extremely solid prep which has seen him finish no further than 1.6L away in any of his runs. Was far too strong two starts back in the Group 2 Shorts before taking part in The Everest in his most recent run. Struggled to find a run for part of the straight but still managed to surge late to finish within a length and a half.
