Has only gotten better since, including a strong win in the Bert Hinkler earlier this year. Think they will be keen to make amends for last year and take this out. Will need a good steer from Tommy Berry but has the most upside of any runner in this race.<\/p>\n SAMADOUBT ($3.50<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n I think there are some question marks over Happy Clapper at 2000m and think Samadoubt present a much better bet here. Has been in superb form this prep, winning the Group 1 Winx Stakes and then the Group 2 Chelsmford. Was brilliant at 2000m last start but was just run down by Verry Elleegant on the line. Outside of Stampede there shouldn\u2019t be much pressure here. Will take catching again.<\/p>\n CELESTIAL FALLS ($3.50<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n Talented horse who has only finished outside the top two once during her five-start career. Looks to be progressing through the grades nicely and appreciated the rise to 1800m last start, scoring a 1.25L win at Caulfield a few weeks ago.
