Mornington R5<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Mick Price\u2019s High Ratio is the short-priced favourite of the race off the back of some listed form last preparation. It ran in the Vain Stakes last campaign and wasn\u2019t disgraced, only running 2.6 lengths off the winner. <\/p>\n He is well bred and has been gelded and I would think Mick Price would be sending him here to get a win out of the way and move on to bigger and better things over the autumn. <\/p>\n A horse with some value that I don\u2019t mind is Melveen from the Henry Dwyer yard. Here she should be able to jump and find some cover and relax a bit more.She won second-up last preparation so she could be in the mix in this race.<\/p>\n Mornington R8<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n In the final event, Greg Eurell has Clarice Cliffs who looks to have some talent. Her only defeat has come to a horse that was running well in high grade 3YO races last spring. She won first-up quite easily and should improve on that run.<\/p>\n Wazzenme seems to have found his form again since being transferred to Daniel Williams small team.
