Liverpool have the chance to heap more pressure on Manchester City this weekend, as they face Crystal Palace a day before City\u2019s clash with Huddersfield.<\/p>\n

The Reds could move seven points clear with a home victory, and the result looks likely given the form of the two teams at the moment.<\/p>\n

Liverpool haven\u2019t lost a league game at home since 2017, although Palace were the team to last beat them, which could give them some added confidence.<\/p>\n

The Eagles are currently in 14th and sit just four points clear of the drop zone after 22 matches, although their most impressive win this season should also give them a boost against Jurgen Klopp\u2019s side.<\/p>\n

Palace went to the Etihad less than a month ago and defeated City 3-2, meaning they\u2019ve got the potential to win away from home against the biggest sides.<\/p>\n

However, with Liverpool surely aware of the threat they could pose, Klopp\u2019s side should have enough know-how about them to shut Palace out.<\/p>\n

If they get a couple of goals early, this could turn ugly.<\/p>\n

Arsenal v Chelsea<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The Gunners missed a vital opportunity to stick with Chelsea at the weekend, after going down to West Ham in the London derby.<\/p>\n

Arsenal are now six points behind Chelsea in fifth place, after they took care of Newcastle at home 2-1.<\/p>\n

With the title race now realistically down to just the top two sides, it looks as though Arsenal and Chelsea will be in a battle with Tottenham Manchester United for the final two Champions League spots.<\/p>\n

Seven points separates those four sides as it stands (Spurs 48-United\/Arsenal 41), so this match is crucial to both Arsenal to keep pace, and Chelsea to almost eliminate Arsenal from the chase.<\/p>\n

Unai Emery\u2019s side will be out to bounce back after a poor showing, but Chelsea should be good enough for at least a point.<\/p>\n

Huddersfield v Manchester City<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This certainly has the potential to be one-way traffic.<\/p>\n

Huddersfield are looking more and more likely to be relegated at season\u2019s end, as they currently boast a point tally of just 11, and are eight points from safety.<\/p>\n

On the other side of the coin, City are playing themselves into strong form following the turn of the year, and are back to their big goalscoring ways.<\/p>\n

They remain four points behind Liverpool in second, and Pep Guardiola knows if his side slips up first, they could find themselves too far behind the Reds in the title race.<\/p>\n

Goal difference might not be an issue come the end of the season, but they may just get a big boost to their tally in this one.<\/p>\n
